Notice how one of their 5 star reviews is by an employee, trying to bump up their rating? Your poor customer service doesn't go unnoticed, and your "easy online check in" doesn't do anybody any good if you're rude to everyone who walks through your doors. There are several EXCELLENT barbers in South Asheville who treat all of their customers with respect. I would recommend any of them over this place.

Rude customer service and flippant attitudes. The online check in feature is awful and leaves customers waiting for 30 mins to an hour longer than they estimate. Even worse, walk-in customers who are ready and waiting to pay for service are treated like an inconvenience and are not informed of the option to check in online until it's too late and they've already been checked in at the store. Who's idea was this?? And why are your employees so rude about it? Take some classes in customer service, revamp your check in process, and maybe you'll have fewer 1 star reviews on Google, and you won't have to post a 5 star review for yourselves to boost your rating?? Regardless, you lost our business!

Sport Clips is a great place for all Men and Boys to be treated like a true MVP! With the guy smart stylist, and laid back sports atmosphere, it is an experience you will never forget. We recommend everyone to check in online to cut back your wait time. There is now an app conviently available to download on your Android or iPhone that allows you to sign in ahead of time and will then give you an ESTIMATED arrival time of when to be there. Yes the online check ins come before our walk ins because it puts their name at the top of the list. So we advise everyone to check in online ! Sometimes the wait will be a little longer, due to finishing up a client sitting in our chair, or we happened to take somebody back right before you got there. That's when the walk ins benefit!! Everyone's time is valuable, and we want to give you the best haircut experience of your life. Come see us ! ??
