"Made an account to check in online, told by website to arrive at 5:03. Walk in at 5, with no one in the waiting area and I’m thinking this is great. Wait to 5:20 for one of the two stylists to finish with their customer, she makes eye contact with me (still the only person in waiting area) while checking guy out, then goes back to the barber area. 5:30 rolls around and another guy walks in, the same stylist that made eye contact comes out to meet him and immediately calls him back while he apologizes for being 20 mins late. I stood up and left. I worked retail for years and I always rolled my eyes when customers said they would never come back to a store, but after the blatant disrespect for me and my time, I’ll get my hair cuts else where."

"Checked in and given 34 minute wait time. After 15 minutes, it was up to 37 minutes. After another 10 minutes the wait time was still over 30 minutes. See ya. Going somewhere else."

"Let me be clear that my review is a reflection of OWNERSHIP, not of the stylists. I have been getting my haircut here consistently since they opened. The Online Check-In process is meant to be a convenience to the customer, but it is more of a frustration than a help. I work in Biltmore Park and have limited lunch breaks. The notion of being able to check-in online to reduce my wait time is fantastic. However, each time I use this feature, I arrive and still have to wait. When I signed in the website suggested I arrive at 2:31. I was there at 2:26 and was projected another 35 minute wait. Just allow appointments already."

"I USED to go here sometimes and get my haircut. But today I go here and they've started an online check in so people who ARE NOT EVEN THERE ARE CHECKED IN BEOFRE YOU SO YOU WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT! WHO THINKS THIS IS EVEN A GOOD IDEA? I WASTED AN HOUR WAITING FOR A BAD HAIRCUT! Angry staff."
